This charming 1918 Art & Crafts home located in the picturesque Lynnhurst neighborhood had an outdated bathroom that lacked function and didn’t connect well with the rest of the home. Backstrom Remodeling demoed the bathroom floor and existing shower walls, installed a new poured shower floor, installed new dura rock on walls, leveled floor and installed new luxury marble hexagon tile on the floor and classic white subway tile in the shower. We recommended a water-efficient Toto toilet, which the client’s had us install in all 3 of their bathrooms since they were so happy with the first one. Now this family’s main bathroom matches the rest of the classic lines in their house that you might see in the early 1900’s mixed with today’s modern functionality.
