We believe in building relationships and being honest with our clients. Backstrom Remodeling uses an upfront pricing structure where the proposal/ contract incorporates a high and low range. The reason we do this is our philosophy has always been up front-pricing to provide the honest number to you in the beginning of the project so there are no surprises later.

Backstrom Remodeling takes pride in working with all budgets, so keep in mind there are always items that can be adjusted to suit your budget. Our proposal pricing should come in right in the middle of other bids as long as you’re comparing apples to apples. So please ask anytime if you have questions about the process, the pricing, the payment terms, what is included or things you might want to change. DESIGN/ TURN KEY PROCESS
If you would like guidance with design then you can be confident that Backstrom Remodeling is here for you. Bryan has an extensive design background and we also partner with interior designers and architects when the project calls for it. This has allowed Backstrom Remodeling to offer tasteful design sensibility along with a turnkey process that includes all aspects of the remodeling project from start to finish. WARRANTY
Standing behind the work Backstrom Remodeling performs is just second nature to us. We believe if you are going to do something that you should do it right, and you should be able to stand behind your work with pride. All of our work comes with at least a one year warranty on the labor, and all materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty. All subcontractors warrant their work as well. The company is covered by liability insurance, worker’s compensation and the employees are bonded. Our Minnesota Building Contractor license is BC637716

We absolutely love the result and wouldn't change a thing. Bryan is meticulous in his craftsmanship and makes sure it's done right.
